The datterino grown in the Gargano area is a variety of tomato with a high degree of brix, rich in mineral salts, vitamin A and vitamin C. It has a sweet and delicate taste that makes it ideal both raw in the preparation of appetizers and bruschetta, and cooked in first courses or fish dishes.
