Organic Sun-dried Tomatoes in EVO

With a strong flavour, the Bio Orto Organic Sun-dried Tomatoes are a high quality product thanks to the use of organic and natural ingredients.

The tomatoes, picked by hand and dried in the sun according to the tradition of Puglia, are preserved in Organic Peranzana EVO produced by the company, an excellent oil which can be therefore used as a condiment for bread or bruschetta, thus avoiding any waste.

Ingredients: Organic sun-dried tomatoes (58%), organic EVO (36%), organic wine vinegar, organic basil and salt. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Pairings: Ideal as appetizer and to be tasted on friselle and crostini or to be paired with fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, crescenza cheese and ricotta. Also excellent as seasoning for pasta or in savoury pies.

Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Store in the fridge once opened and consume within 5 days.
