Cultivated in the company’s fields on the slopes of the Gargano, the Romanesco broccoli, rich in vitamin C, is exclusively picked by hand and then processed with other genuine ingredients.

The result is a tasty Organic Romanesco Broccoli Spread which enhances the flavours and fragrances of the fresh vegetable and stands out for its unique and delicate taste and for its nutritional properties.

Ingredients: Organic Romanesco Broccoli (52%), organic EVOO, almonds*, salt, organic apple vinegar, organic pine nuts, organic pepper, organic garlic, organic curry (coriander, turmeric - with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and purifying properties -, cumin, rice flour, fenugreek, ginger, cloves). Acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
*It is an allergen and it may provoke reactions in allergic and/or intolerant subjects.

Pairings: Ideal as a condiment for pasta, gateau or to prepare a very tasty quiche. If paired with crostini, it is an excellent single course meal too.

Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, add some oil, store in the fridge and consume within 4 days.
