From the Peranzana cultivar olive trees, which are present in the company’s fields, the olives which are picked and pitted only after the proper ripening period, are then immersed in the organic Peranzana EVO.

Ingredients: Organic pitted olives (63%), organic EVO (36%), and salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, add some oil, store in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
