Organic Lemon Flavoured

Made of extra virgin olive oil and lemons that are crushed by Bio Orto, the organic condiment is a high quality product thanks to the excellence of the ingredients used and the freshness of lemons that are processed and blended with a high amount of cold extracted EVOO. Consequently, the quality and the freshness of the ingredients and the processing make it possible to have an extraordinarily scented condiment capable of enhancing the flavour of hot meals, but also ideal to be used raw.

With the organic lemon flavoured condiment you can serve all the flavour and scent of its aroma in every season of the year.

Ingredients: organic EVOO (99%), organic lemons (1%).

Pairings: Ideal for seasoning cooked and raw vegetables or first courses and to flavour fish-based dishes, particularly tartare. It is perfect to prepare cakes such as the yoghurt cake by partly substituting it for EVOO or butter. Indeed, the flavour of the lemon will make the cake more delicate, by masking the flavour of the egg.
